  As of late, one provocative thought that stands out every time I see the news or watch much of the media meddle in any incident is this: How relevant is this shift in narrative today, and to whom does it really matter? Take someone like Sushant Singh Rajput, for instance. A person known to have **compartmentalised and mechanised** himself to deliver his best entrance examination results despite the devastating loss of his mother. When the news of his suicide first broke, my immediate thought was 'this is fake news.' It simply did not fit the person I believed him to be. Then came the endless speculations. So many theories surfaced that it almost felt like my own brain was being taken for a troll. Even after the case was officially settled, the narratives refused to stop.
